LES MURAILLES de Château Cablanc
AOC Bordeaux rosé
This rosé wine is vinified by bleeding a vat, that means a rapid extraction of red grape juice with temperature control. It is then put into stainless steel tanks. This process allows the wine to keep its fruity aromas. This is why les Murailles has such a nice colour and is rich in the mouth. Fresh aromas, full bouquet, cherry, raspberry and violet flavours are revealed during the tasting. You’ll be surprised by its light alcohol level, its freshness and its fruity aromas.

CHATEAU CABLANC INTERMEDE
AOC Bordeaux rouge

Château Cablanc Intermède is well-balanced, with a lot of flavour and body. It is aged in oak barrels (about 25%) and in vats (about 75%). It is a blend of a light and fruity wine and a full-bodied one. This gives it good structure and a fine taste of oak. It has a garnet-red colour, a fruity and persistent nose with violet, morello cherry and blackcurrant flavours. On the palate, the tannins blend with notes of vanilla and spice. It can be drunk now and will still be at its best for 3 to 4 years.
